An online growth and retainment platform for MATs and Schools. The idea behind the platform is to help MATs and Schools easily see the talent that already exists within their organisation, but also to give every member of the staff the opportunity to map out their career progression pathway, based on roles within your Trust or School. The software signposts each individual member of staff to purposeful and relevant growth resources, which includes a wide range of free and paid CPD courses, books, videos, and podcasts to help them advance in their career. The software allows schools leaders to see who would be suitable for future roles, identify flight risks and it opens conversations to retain and engage key members of staff. You can book an online demo to see it in action.

A user collects points based on:

  • The role the person is aspiring to.
  • Current qualifications.
  • Desirable qualifications.
  • Current Attributes.
  • Desirable attributes.
  • Current skills.
  • Desirable skills.
  • Personnel flags points (Which the Trust CEO/Head Teacher can add/subtract based on individuals record).

*CPD minutes are not included in the user score.

This generates a total score for the user.

On the role fulfilment page, the software takes all the information input by every user to display a list of people who are suitable for the role. The users with the highest number of points will be displayed first, with potential candidates ordered from highest to lowest.

For example, a Head Teacher position might have 10 people who have meet the role requirements, so each person will be displayed in order from highest to lowest as to who is most suitable for the role based on the point system.

On the career fulfillment page, the software takes all the information input by a user to identify which roles a person would be suitable for.

For example, a ‘Joe Bloggs’ has the qualifications, attributes, skills to be a Subject Leader, Pastoral Leader and CPD lead.

This is particularly useful to flight risks, people who are overqualified, but also people who are under qualified to support them with CPD.

Good to know for Trust CEOs:

  • Trust CEOs/Head Teacher can ‘pin’ the top three candidates on the role fulfilment page.
  • They can also add a ‘personnel flag’ which may change a candidate’s score.

Please note: This information/data is only available to the subscriber. For example, only the Trust CEO would see it in Trust. A headteacher in a Trust would not see this information.

Our team of education experts, comprised of former teachers and CPD leaders, have hand-selected and quality assured every CPD resource that has been uploaded on the platform. When a customer recommends a resource, it goes through our quality assurance process to ensure it’s high-quality, purposeful, and relevant for the platform.

Yes! We encourage Trusts and Schools to upload their own CPD materials, as every educational organisation will have different key objectives to meet each year.

Yes! Our platform makes it quick and easy to add completed CPD to a centralised record. You can add certificates and write notes about your professional development journey.

Prices start from £1000 per year and are calculated based on pupils’ numbers within your Trust or School. Get in touch to find more.

We recommend allowing a maximum of 30 minutes to get a full demonstration of what the product can do.

All staff data is always accessible to them in the system. They can see their data on the ‘my profile’ page and CPD page. If a member of staff wishes to obtain the data that belongs to them, they can print their profile page and expand and print their CPD record. Other data stored on staff is in an aggregated form to provide advice to the school and Trust and is not individual user data.

When we designed this platform, we listened to our steering group and collectively we agreed that to retain top tier members of staff this platform should not be linked to appraisal processes. This platform is about empowering the individual and giving them to autonomy to make decisions about their future career pathway, which in turn will increase employee engagement and job satisfaction.
